I am THRIVE Neurological Physiotherapist Anne. 

Some of the neurological conditions I treat are Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s Disease, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Motor Neuron Disease (MND), Vestibular and Balance disorders and falls.

I have a wealth of experience working with acute neurological conditions and long term neuro-degenerative conditions and take real joy in helping  individuals to reach their goals.

Anne is a Neurological Physiotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice in Neurological Rehabilitation from Plymouth University. She has completed specialist training at University College London Hospitals in vestibular rehabilitation, treating balance and dizziness disorders. She is also a trained Clinical Pilates Instructor.

Originally from Ireland Anne, moved to Guernsey in 2016 as Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation. She is an advocate for the role of exercise in neurological conditions and is eager to help individuals reach their potential and participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Anne has a great interest in Clinical Pilates and it’s benefits for strength and movement control.  Anne had advanced training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI), teaching beginners to advanced Clinical Pilates, including Ante & Post-natal Pilates and Neurological Pilates


She is excited to join THRIVE and share her knowledge and expertise in promoting rehabilitation, exercise and activity in neurological conditions.
